Junior High students are invited to participate in Confirmation preparation. Students are welcome to participate in the Sunday morning lessons without committing to the entire Confirmation program. For more information, visit the Confirmation page.

Sunday School offers learning for all ages, as we explore God’s Word. Our lessons will follow along with the Narrative Lectionary being used in Sunday morning worship. We will spend the fall learning stories of the Old Testament, then focus on the prophecies and stories of Christmas. In the winter months, we will hear the stories of the Gospels and finish out the spring reading about the new Christian church and learning how Peter, Paul and the other disciples and believers incorporated Jesus’ teachings in their lives. Each student may bring home a sheet that you can be used to reinforce the story. What a great way to start family devotion time! Classes are divided by age levels and include 3 years old to 5th grade students. Three year-olds must be 3 by August 1, 2017, to register.

    Sundays
    9:30 am
    in the Senior High Room
    aka The Lighthouse

Senior High students gather on Sunday mornings to crack open the Bible (or open a Bible app) and learn how that ancient book applies to our modern lives. Together, we cut through the complicated language to find what God is trying to tell us. There's no homework but lots of talking, asking questions, games, laughing and some praying. Sometimes, there's even treats. Students in grades 9-12 are invited to join us on this step of our journeys in faith. Come as often as you are able.

    Sunday mornings, 9:30 am
    in the church library
    led by Ed Williams

This year, we will study “Being The Church: Living Jesus’ Mission.” We begin by looking at what Jesus set out to accomplish; his mission as he understood it, lived it and explained it in the Book of Luke. From there, we will go to the book of Acts to see how Jesus’ mission was carried on and lived out by the Church in the Book of Acts. Thoroughly grounded in the biblical witness to Jesus’ mission, our next stop will look at how the church in our day and age can live that same mission. What are the barriers to fulfilling that mission and strategies to overcome those barriers so that all can be the church that Jesus calls us and the Holy Spirit empowers us to be?
